The project has 3 phases.
Phase 1 has 18,298 m² GLA, 60 underground and 168 surface parking spaces. The main tenants are: Centrum Holding, HBO CR, Eset software, Vivus Finance, IKP Engineering, Xella, MMD, NWD, Bulb, and VIG Property Prague.
Phase 2 has 10,000 m² GLA and 225 parking spaces. The main tenants are Billa and Lenovo.
Phase 3 has 6,500 m² GLA and underground parking spaces.
Classic 7 Business Park was awarded "Best Office Project" in the Czech Republic in 2009 by the Czech Republic Architecture and Building Foundation.
