Adir has over 29 years of experience in real estate and civil engineering. He came to Serbia more than 20 years ago, and since then, he has been successfully leading our company, working closely with his team.

Dejan has over 16 years of experience in business management and finance, with a strong background in the construction industry as well as other sectors, including aviation, retail, and telecommunications. He has been contributing his expertise to our team for many years.

Jelena has over 16 years of experience in various legal areas. She joined our company in 2018 and is responsible for managing the legal aspects of our projects, as well as overseeing HR and employment-related matters within the company.

18 years of experience in construction and projects management.

Nikola has a strong background in sales and marketing, with valuable experience gained from regional managerial positions in leading domestic and global FMCG companies. He joined our company in 2019 and now leads our sales and marketing efforts.

Mila has 16 years of experience in corporate real estate and facilities management prior to joining AFI Serbia. She is now responsible for managing the property and facilities in the AFI Serbia portfolio, ensuring their efficient operation and maintenance.

Bojana has over 21 years of experience in finance, controlling, and budgeting. She has been part of our company since 2005 and currently oversees all projects as Project Supervisor, ensuring their successful execution.

Zdenko has more than 46 years of experience in various high-level positions across companies and government institutions. He has been an integral part of our company since its inception in Serbia, contributing invaluable knowledge and expertise.
